In a dinner rut?

Tonight I made a super easy and seriously yummy dinner.

It goes something like this:
3 chicken breasts (I used frozen)
1 jar/tub of salsa
1 yellow bell pepper (or whatever kind you want)
Put in the crockpot on high for 4 hours and wait:
Shred chicken with a fork and strain the chicken/salsa mixture into a strainer to get the extra liquid out.
1 can corn
1 can black beans
Mix together and let cook for another hour or so.
Scoop into a flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese and voila. Yummy, easy, hardly any cleanup!
